SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Ordering online is done through a secure server for safe transmission of credit card information.  We absolutely, do not share customer information with outside parties.  We guarantee all orders will be 100% safe.  All weathervanes and products are shipped by UPS Ground insured, or equivalent.  If unable to ship UPS due to size and weight, then merchandise will be shipped via the least expensive freight.  All items are 'make to order', and require a 2-3 week lead time.

SERVICE TO HAWAII & ALASKA

We will UPS ship 2nd Day Air service.  Normal posted rates.  If greater, customer will be contacted prior to shipment of weathervane.

DEFECTS

Product will be replaced within 15 days of sale.  Contact support@weathervane.com for arrangements.  Once the defective product is returned, a new product will be issued at no additional cost.

RETURNS

We only accept return of products that are in new condition and original package.  Returns must be pre-authorized with a return number.  No returns after 30 days from invoice date.  Credit card purchases will be credited for return, only after product received and inspected.  All returns will be accessed a 15% restocking charge.

WARRANTIES

All products warranted by manufacturer.
